Hosting an Improv Showcase for all my classes

Hot damn tamale. If you’d told me a couple years ago that I’d be taking over the Metropolis Performing Arts Centre stage to host a big show featuring a few of the improv classes I teach, I would have plotzed.

But sure enough, this June, I got to do just that, with Metropolis resident ensemble Sunny Beijing as the closer. I was SO proud to be sharing the stage with my bold and hilarious students, and it was a hell of a night.

It’s such an honor and a thrill to be teaching folks to do the improvs at Metropolis School of the Performing Arts. If you happen to be in the northwest burbs, sign on up for one of my classes and join the lunacy. Or, hell, take the Metra out from Chicago like I do. It’s worth it!
