Hosting the Spring Improv Showcase with all my classes

What’s the buzz? Well on this year’s World Bee Day, it’s improv! That’s right, it’s time once again for the improv program of Metropolis School of the Performing Arts to take over the theater for a blow-out night of made-up-on-the-spot madness! It’ll be a hive of activity with 4 groups buzzing about the stage to entertain and astonish. Beginner, intermediate, and advanced level improvisers perform, with Metropolis resident improv ensemble Sunny Beijing as the closer. Grab drinks at MAGO and enjoy them in the theater. Just don’t spill them because you’re laughing so hard. What could make this night of silliness even better? Tickets are pay-what-you-will at the door and proceeds go to supporting programs like this, so spread some honey!

Wednesday, May 20th.

7pm.

Metropolis Performing Arts Centre in Arlington Heights.

Pay-what-you-will! Cash donations accepted at the door!

PG-13 content. Approx 2 hour runtime.

Buzz on over and pollinate your brain with some joy!

It’s such an honor and a thrill to be teaching folks to do the improvs at Metropolis School of the Performing Arts. If you happen to be in the northwest burbs, sign on up for one of my classes and join the lunacy. Or, hell, take the Metra out from Chicago like I do. It’s worth it!
